This plane would make a fun toy, albeit an expensive one.  This is the Raytheon T-6A Texan II Trainer.  The engine is a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-68 turboprop flat rated to 1100 shp.  This is the primary trainer for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy.  The first production T-6A Texan II made its maiden flight in 1998.
