The race for the light jet market is interesting to watch. USA startup Avocet Aircraft recently announced plans to build a light jet. They have partnered with Israel Aircraft Industries (a builder of Gulfstream jets) to develop a six to eight-seat twinjet. Honda R&D Americas of Greensboro, North Carolina is building another "strictly R&D" composite jet. The "HondaJet" prototype will likely fly before year-end.

Well, the rain is approaching fast from the southwest. I think I'll head over to the homebuilder's hospitality tent and relax in relative comfort while it rains. My feet could use a rest anyway.
