This restored 1929 Fleet 7 is absolutely gorgeous. Fleets were intended to address both civilian and military training markets. They were manufactured in various models from 1928 to 1944. The "Fleet" got its name from Major Reuben Fleet, an Army aviator and founder of Consolidated Aircraft Corporation.
Construction is conventional tube and fabric with laminated spruce spars. The engine is a 125 hp Kinner B-5. Cruise speed is about 90 mph and landing speed is about 50 mph.
